Dresser Assembly: what's included
The selected dresser is completed with both its outer cabinet and the storage that operates inside it. The pro builds the body, base and supplied back panel, assembles the booked drawers and fits their runners, fronts and handles. The installed drawers are checked for movement and alignment.
The included work can also fit the manufacturer’s supplied anti-tip hardware where compatible with the wall and instructions. Tidying the assembly area follows those tasks. The finished unit retains the dimensions and drawer construction of the furniture you supplied rather than a modified room-specific design.
- Build the full dresser body with its supplied base and back panel following the product instructions.
- Assemble the booked drawers as working storage components rather than fitting their visible fronts alone.

A dresser beside a closet needs clearance for two different movements: its drawers and the closet door. Compare the finished depth with the available space before the visit, and consider where a person will stand while using either storage area. Assembly follows the furniture design; it does not change the dimensions to fit a tight alcove.
Count drawer boxes of every size, including smaller top compartments. Six drawers are $99 online before carrying. Shelves or decorative panels are not extra drawer boxes, and two handles attached to one front do not double its count.
If the old dresser is still full, clear the intended location before the new item is assembled. Keep the manufacturer’s hardware available, particularly any specified restraint, so the pro can check its suitability for the wall. A readable digital manual can help identify the correct parts when the printed instructions are missing. The booked work covers the supplied dresser, with fitted fronts and runners checked before the drawers are filled.

The instruction booklet is missing. Can I provide the manufacturer’s PDF?

Are hidden jewelry drawers charged differently from large clothing drawers?

Does the visit include emptying the dresser I am replacing?
