Sofa Assembly: what's included
The assembly includes the connections that turn separate sofa units into the selected finished arrangement. Supplied legs, arms and backs are fitted to each booked module as required, and the manufacturer’s connectors are used at the joins. Different section types follow the fittings assigned to them in the instructions.
At completion, the joined alignment and stability are checked and the supplied cushions placed. These are assembly checks, not repairs to upholstery or modifications to the furniture design. Packaging is gathered and the work area tidied so loose assembly materials are not left around the completed seating.

Keep the exact model instructions with the sofa parts, particularly when several module types use different fittings. A corner section or chaise can have connections that differ from a straight seating unit. Leave their hardware in labeled packs so the parts can be matched to the correct diagram.
Before the work begins, choose the intended arrangement and ensure the room has enough space to reach the joins. Do not load personal items onto unfinished modules or block access with other furniture.
Check your Mountain View booking against the number of independent modules and the extras you selected. What should I do if one fitted join needs attention later?
Contact UPTask with the booking details and the location of the affected connection. The assembly is backed by a workmanship warranty. Keep the model instructions available, and avoid substituting hardware or making an unapproved alteration while the issue is being assessed.
Can I rearrange the modules after the appointment?
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for any later reconfiguration, including how connections are released and refitted. Only use arrangements supported by the model. A module that can be joined in one position is not necessarily suitable for every orientation or for use on its own.
Do I count back cushions when moving from six to seven sections?
No. A seventh section means an additional independent sofa module, not another back cushion or loose component. Six modules are $129 online; seven are $149 before extras. Use the manufacturer’s module list to verify which configuration actually applies.
