Vanity Assembly: what's included
The included assembly brings the supplied frame, top and storage components together even when they arrived in separate packages. The pro fits the vanity’s shelves, legs and standard panels and builds the selected drawer boxes. Their handles are attached and movement checked once installed in the completed furniture structure.
A supplied furniture-mounted mirror is fitted where the model includes it, following the instructions for that attachment and its hardware. The work area is tidied afterward. Carrying the boxed kit or dismantling old furniture remains separate from these tasks that complete the new dressing table.
- Build the supplied frame and top into the complete dressing-table structure selected for assembly.
- Fit the shelves, legs and standard storage panels belonging to the same delivered vanity.
- Assemble the booked drawers, install them in the furniture and attach their supplied handles.
- Fit the furniture-mounted mirror where supplied by design, following its own attachment instructions.
- Check the installed drawer movement and tidy the area after completing the supplied unit.

Coordinate furniture delivery with the build
Some vanities arrive in several cartons, with the top, storage and mirror packed separately. Compare package numbers with the order details and check for visible damage before arranging assembly. Keep shipping labels on the boxes until you know the entire set has arrived.
Choose the final room in advance. Move personal belongings away from the work area and leave a route from the entrance to the intended position. If the cartons remain in the garage or entryway, add carrying rather than assuming it is part of assembly.
For the price, count the drawers in the vanity itself and enter all of them, including small upper drawers. Select old-vanity disassembly only if you need an existing freestanding piece taken apart. At the Palo Alto property, fitted handles, drawer movement and the furniture-mounted mirror attachment are checked as part of the build. Keep the instructions afterward for the manufacturer’s care and use guidance.

The tracking page says delivered, but one carton is missing. What next?
Compare the packages on hand with the seller’s packing list and contact the carrier or seller about the missing carton. A delivered tracking status does not establish that the furniture set is complete. Arrange assembly once the necessary structural parts and fittings are available.
Can you bring the vanity from my garage into the room?
There is a $20 extra for carrying the boxed vanity from a garage, entryway, or another nearby location into the assembly room. Select it when booking and explain the route in advance if stairs or other access conditions need assessment.
Should I discard the packaging before the appointment?
Keep the packaging labels and check all compartments for hardware and instructions before discarding anything. Mirror fixings and small runners can be packed separately from large panels. Clear unnecessary clutter, but retain the information needed to identify the delivered parts.
What information helps if a drawer feels wrong after assembly?
Contact UPTask with the booking details, the affected drawer’s position, and a description of what happens when it opens or closes. Assembly is backed by a workmanship warranty. Keep the product manual so an assembly issue can be distinguished from a damaged manufactured part.
