Count doors and drawers as one combined allowance
The storage layout matters more than the retail product name. A cabinet with two doors and two drawers has four counted components, not two independent allowances. Its starting amount includes two of them, and the other two add $10. Shelves and handles do not add to that count. For shoe furniture, treat a hinged or tilt-out front as one door and do not count the same compartment again as a drawer.
Choose the furniture type first, then enter the complete quantities. The five-plus door and drawer selections accept an exact total when the preset choices do not match. A sideboard with four doors and two drawers starts at $99 online: $79 for its type and $20 for four components beyond the allowance. Optional preparation work is separate from those furniture selections.
Before the appointment, check the finished dimensions, door swing and drawer clearance against the intended room. Keep the supplied anti-tip kit and instructions available for review of the wall and fittings. Bringing boxes inside, taking apart an old cabinet and moving the disassembled pieces to another room or garage are separate $20 extras. Keep the new kit complete and accessible so the visit can focus on assembly and checking the finished storage.
