Chair Assembly: what's included
For a chair-only order, the included work follows the seating quantity in the booking: fitting supplied seats, backs, legs and the standard parts that form each chair’s frame. The work does not depend on whether the chairs match a table already in the room; each selected chair receives its own assembly.
Connections are tightened using the relevant manufacturer’s instructions, then every assembled piece is checked for stability. A table or separate bench has a different construction and is outside this chair quantity. The included finish is gathering chair-assembly packaging and tidying the space where the seating was built.
- Assemble the selected chairs as individual furniture pieces within the booked seating-only quantity.
- Fit their supplied seats, backs, legs and standard frames using the instructions for each model.
- Tighten the chair connections as instructed and check every completed seat for stability.
- Gather packaging from the booked chair builds and tidy the area used to assemble them.

Check what is already built before booking a new dining set. If the table is ready and only the chairs remain in cartons, select Chair Assembly and count those pieces. If the table also needs construction, review the table service, where chairs can be added to the furniture configuration.
For your Oakland appointment, a shared product photograph or bundled retail order should not replace a list of the actual items needing work. A table, chair and bench have different structures. Do not count a separate bench as another chair just to include it in the quantity; send its details to UPTask for the appropriate service arrangement.
Keep each chair model’s supplied parts and instructions together, with the dining area cleared for the build. Which booking fits chairs delivered with a table that is already assembled?
Use Chair Assembly when only the chairs need building. Count each unfinished chair and leave the completed table out of the work. If the table also needs assembly, review Table Assembly instead, since its configuration allows chairs to be included with the table.
Is a table included because I bought it in the same package as the chairs?
A retail bundle does not add table assembly automatically to a chair-only selection. Use the table service and include its chair option when both need building. Check the actual items in your order rather than assuming the store’s package name describes one assembly task.
Can a dining bench be entered as two chairs?
A bench is a different furniture item and should not be converted into an invented chair quantity. Send its model to UPTask so the work can be matched to the appropriate service. Count actual chairs separately, even if the bench and chairs belong to one matching collection.
Do completed chairs from my old set need to be counted for a stability check?
The quantity describes chairs needing assembly. Already completed furniture should not be added as though it were a new kit just to request a separate inspection or repair. Explain that need to UPTask beforehand, and keep the old set clear of the area where the new chairs will be built.
