Bed Assembly: what's included
Your UPTask pro assembles the bed you supply using its manufacturer’s instructions. The base scope includes the selected frame, its supports or slats, and the ordinary headboard and footboard supplied with that model. Bunk and loft beds include their supplied standard ladder and guardrails. The pro checks the connections and frame stability and tidies the work area. Storage drawers, storage headboards, trundles, eligible lift mechanisms and integrated furniture are additional assembly features when selected. Have all boxes, hardware and instructions ready in the bedroom, or choose the available extra for bringing the boxed bed into the room. Furniture, replacement parts and off-site disposal are not included in the assembly price.

UPTask offers bed assembly for homes and apartments across the Bay Area. Start with your bed type: a standard bed, daybed, bunk bed, loft bed or toddler bed. The online starting prices shown are $69 for a standard or toddler frame, $79 for a daybed and $109 for a bunk or loft bed. Size, configuration, storage and selected extras determine the final price.
A storage bed is more than its outer frame. Count drawers where the booking form asks for them, select a storage headboard if your model has one, and identify a trundle or eligible lift-up mechanism separately. For bunk and loft beds, built-in desks, cabinets, dressers and storage stairs use the corresponding integrated-feature options. A freestanding wardrobe or desk needs its own furniture assembly service.
Schedule the visit after all boxes have arrived. Keep the product instructions and fittings together, clear floor space around the intended bed position and check that doors, drawers and trundles can open. Assembly does not change the manufacturer’s size, clearance or use requirements. Enter your address during booking to see available appointments; same-day availability depends on the schedule.
Replacing an old bed can require separate steps. The booking extras distinguish carrying in the boxed bed, disassembling an old frame and moving an already dismantled frame out of the room. Select only the tasks you need. These moving options do not include off-site disposal.

How much does it cost to assemble a bed?
Online prices start at $69 for a standard or toddler bed, $79 for a daybed and $109 for a bunk or loft bed. Applicable size adjustments, built-in features and extras are shown before you book.
Is an ordinary headboard included?
Yes. The standard headboard and footboard supplied with the frame are included. Choose the storage/bookcase headboard feature when the headboard has an additional storage structure, and count its drawers separately.
How do I book a bed with storage or a trundle?
Select every feature supplied with your bed in the Features step. Count individual drawer boxes; a roll-out trundle is a separate sleeping frame. For a lift-up storage mechanism, share the model or instructions so eligibility can be checked.
Can you assemble furniture underneath a loft bed?
Choose the integrated furniture options for eligible modules that are part of the bed, such as a built-in desk or small cabinet. A freestanding wardrobe or dresser placed underneath needs its own assembly service.
Can you take apart my old bed and carry in the new one?
Yes. Carrying the boxed bed into the assembly room and disassembling an old bed are separate $19 extras. Moving the dismantled frame out of the room is an additional $10.
Can my bed be assembled today, and how long will it take?
Check the available appointments for your address; same-day visits may be available. A standard frame takes less time than a bunk bed with drawers or stairs. Select the complete configuration so the work can be planned.
Can I change the date of my bed assembly?
Yes. Open your bed assembly booking in the UPTask mobile app and choose another available appointment time.
Is the bed assembly covered by a warranty?
