A bunk or loft build covers its frame, supports and supplied guardrails, plus the standard ladder or selected storage staircase. Integrated desks, cabinets and dresser sections are assembled when those features are selected, following the same model instructions as the bed rather than being treated as separate freestanding furniture.
An ordinary supplied headboard or footboard remains part of the frame work. The pro checks connections and the completed structure’s stability, then tidies the assembly area. Standard beds and other frame types receive their applicable supplied components under the same selected-scope approach.
- Construct the selected bed frame and fit the ordinary end panels supplied with its design.
- Complete the support system, including the model’s slats and manufacturer-provided structural connections as applicable.
- Complete the bunk or loft guardrails and its access structure: the standard ladder or booked storage stairs.
- Assemble the integrated furniture components selected for the bed, following the instructions for its supplied design.
- Review the completed frame’s connections and stability before tidying the area around the work.

A bunk bed uses its sleeping configuration, while a loft bed has an elevated frame that may include furniture underneath. How are storage stairs with three drawers priced?
For an eligible bunk or loft design, the staircase structure adds $35 and three staircase drawers add $15, for $50 in selected features. This is added to the configured bed price. The staircase replaces the standard ladder in that scope; dresser drawers are counted separately.
Can I count a separate wardrobe below the loft as a built-in cabinet?
Only an eligible cabinet that forms part of the bed’s design belongs in the integrated-furniture option. A wardrobe purchased as an independent item needs its own wardrobe assembly service, even if you plan to place it beneath the loft. Use the product manual to identify which structure you have.
What access notes help with a Rockridge or Temescal appointment?
